With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald J. Smith Sr. of Caldwell, New Jersey, who passed away on July 27, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Janet; and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his family Jerry.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cardiac Services at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. All donations made in my dad's name will be funding the CATH LAB at Cardiac Services.
