He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. and Helen Bukwich. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bukwich (Duym); his children, Donna, Michael, Thomas and William (Grace); his grandchildren, Michael Anthony, Nicholas and Gabriella; and his sisters, Carol Guarino and Barbara Southard.
