She is survived by: her sons, David (Patricia) and Thomas (Dawn); her grandchildren, David, Michael (Cassandra), Timothy (Kerry), Patricia (Ricky), Dana (Timothy), Nicholas (Katelyn) and Douglas (Audra); and her great grandchildren, Brielle, Carter, Max, Cole, Marin, Emma and Logan.
