We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2018, Blanca Kochel (Caldwell, New Jersey), born in Lodi, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Adam; her children, Kevin (Pavla) and Haley; her parents, Sergio Altizio and Amelia Altizio; and her siblings, Sergio and Deborah. She is also survived by her sisters in Cornerstone and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to Polio Network of New Jersey (pnnj.org) would be greatly appreciated.
