He was loved and cherished by many family members, friends and community including : his committed loving wife of over 30 years Carmen Guerrero Almanzar; his children, Carmen Almanzar (Andrew Palazzo), Denise Almanzar (DeWayne Hardy), Alberto Almanzar, Jr. (Wendy) and Bryant Almanzar; his grandchildren, Jeremy Vazquez, Gianna Hardy, Cameron Almanzar, Savannah Almanzar and Dominic Palazzo; Goddaughter Haliey González, and his siblings, Frank Almanzar, Ricardo Cepeda, Francis Perez, Ramiro Almanzar, Victor Almanzar and Rafael Guerrero. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, Maternal Flores Hernandez family, extended family and friends.
