He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Evers of Butler; his children, Brittney Burnworth (Terrill) of Blacklick, OH and Doug Evers (Tammy) of Castalian Springs, TN; and his grandchildren, Maddox, Andrew Burnworth, Mason and Sloane Evers. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
