He is survived by: his parents, Leo VanOrden and Catherine VanOrden; his sister Chelsea VanOrden; his grandmother Mary Holtz, Sr.; his aunts and uncles, Ann Holtz, Robert Holtz, Gerard Holtz (Louella), Kurt Holtz (Denise) and Mary Holtz, Jr.; and his cousins, Kyle, Meghan, Jessica, Kaitlyn and Lauren.
