He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Rugel and Rose Rugel (Ricca). He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Rugel; his children, Deborah Rugel Webber (Mark) and Robert C. Rugel (Melissa); and his grandchildren, William, Thor Webber and Jack Dylan Rugel.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be celebrated at a later date.
