He was predeceased by: his parents, Miland Young and Muriel Young (Wood); and his brothers, Dwane and Miland Young. He is survived by: his spouse Suza Young (Avramov); his children, Randy, Michael Young and Stefanie Davis (Anthony); his grandchildren, Victoria Young and Alexander Davis; and his sister Tara Cullen (Edward). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
