He and I would would get together for lunch, or dinner in Boston, and I always enjoyed his pleasant company. He had an engaging and sincere demeanor that I especially appreciated. He also had a great sense of humor. I missed Rick after he left Boston for the religious residence in the Hudson Valley, and with his passing, the loss is more deeply felt. I will miss him.”
