He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Franco and Molly Franco; and his children, Nicholas Jr, John, Carol and Patricia.

He is survived by: his wife Filomena; his children, Phyllis, Mary, Susan, Michael and Bryan; and his siblings, Victor, Toni, Betty and Lynn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loyal friends.
