He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Hara and Mary O'Hara (Dignan); his wife Patricia O'Hara; and his siblings, Edward, Leo, Helen, Marie, Catherine and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Ryan (Michael), Lisa Rowe (Paul) and Michael O'Hara (Mary Beth); and his sister Anna Fahy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
