He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherina Geveke (Engels) and John Geveke; his wife MaryAnn (Bilotta); his daughter Karrie; his brother Herman Geveke; his siblings-in-law, Ellen and Nick; and his nieces and nephews, Grant, Gary, Danielle, Nicholas, Kristin, Cheryl, Gail, Chris and Kurt.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship fund to perpetuate his love for education through the next generation of future scientists is being established.
