He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Gall (Porcio) and Stephen Gall; his wife Sheila; and his daughter Andrea Monahan. He is survived by: his children, Pam Siefken (Adam) of Hinesville, GA and Stephen Gall of Oak Ridge, NJ; his son-in-law Mark Monahan (Teresa) of Kinnelon, NJ; his sister Ethel Corrigan of Clarks Summitt, PA; his grandchildren, Joseph Armeni (Jaclyn) of Bluffton, SC, Zachary Hall of Fairmont, WV, Ethan Hall of Hinesville, GA, Mikayla, Felica, Austin, Brandyn Gall of Oak Ridge, NJ and Olivia Monahan of Kinnelon, NJ; and his great grandchildren, Stella, Wade and Margo Armeni of Bluffton, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
