She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ellis Florance and Elsie Caroline Romaine; her husband Simon Hazekamp, Jr.; and her siblings, Evelyn Duffy, George and Robert Florance.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Gordon and Joseph Florence; her children, Lynn Clune, Glenn Hazekamp, Gary Hazekamp (Carol) and Tami Santos (James); and her grandchildren, Bridgette (James), Tim (Bri), Rebecca, Lisa (Keith) and Janet (Bruce). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, and many friends.
