She was predeceased by: her son Keith Dorrman; and her parents, John Riper and Viola Van Riper. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Dorrman (Jaclyn), Kevin Dorrman (Jessica) and Michaela Mathis; her grandchildren, Dominic, Lucas, Ava, Gage and Emma; her brother Harry Van Riper; her sister-in-law Peggy Guttilla; her brother Robert Van Riper; and her friend Charles Mickens.

A reception was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, Inc. (86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ 07405).
