He is survived by: his children, Jayden and Kasey; his wife Vivian; his parents, William and Marilyn; his brother Scott; his sister-in-law Sara; his mother-in-law LaVerne; and his aunt Linda. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
