“It is always so difficult to say "good-bye", especially to someone who you've known your whole life. Skip was my cousin. We hadn't seen each other for a very long time as I moved to Calif. We continued to keep in touch once we both had email. Skip was a genuinely nice guy and I was in awe of his kayaking up until 2018.
