He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Ford (Joseph) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Nick Vitullo (Patty) of Englewood, FL and Mary Komerosky (Cork) of Englewood, FL.; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Cohen (Ben), Kelly Lafferty (Chris), Lindsey Essock (Joe) and A. J. Ford (Liz); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon, Gabriella, Audrey, Charlotte, Liam, Eleanor, Jonathan, Georgia and Camillo; and his godson Cory McGill.

Contributions in Michael's memory may be made to CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia).
