Jean Walter Cadestin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Walter Cadestin of Burlington, New Jersey, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mirabeau Cadestin and Meracide Cadestin (Jean Baptiste); his sister Vesta Jean Baptiste; and his brother-in-law Prophete "Jean" Casimir. He is survived by: his daughter Marie Meleque; his grandchild Jean Shallal; his wife Geronie Cadestin (Aristide); his child Jean Cadestin; his sisters, Evanette (Joseph Thomas) and Milien Noel; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette (Jean Claude Christophe), Nosa (Joseph Marcelin), Rosianne (Andre Manigat), Yolene Casimir and Margarette (Ernest Delma). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Jean Walter was employed at Carrier Foundation in Belle Meade NJ, where he worked as a mental health technician in the acute care unit, where he retired from after 25 years of service.
