Lauderdale, FL; her grandchildren, Steven, Robert, Amanda, Michelle, Sean, Forrest III, Jackie, Jaime, Kevin and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Darwin, Wren and Karson; and her sister Elaine Ethel Otto Wert.
