He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Middleton, Sr. and Ruth Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Madelyn; his daughter Holly; and his son-in-law Scott Keilman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the First Baptist Church of Burlington, 335 Stacy Street, Burlington, NJ 08016.
