She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kochuba and Mary Kochuba (Zawol); her siblings, Kathryn, Mary, Joseph and Peter; and her husband Leo Joseph Michaud.
She is survived by: her children, Mark (Brenda), Mary Patrice, Jean Heaton, Christopher (Susan), Joan, Richard (Kathy), David (Saralee) and Sue Silla (Charlie); and her grandchildren, Karen, Melissa, Gregory, Timothy, Emily, Katherine, Richard Jr., Cameron, Erica, Zachary, Noah, Rachel, Elena, Caroline and Genevieve. She is also survived by 7 great-grandsons as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
