Hazell, Daniel Hazell, Jr. (Ingrid), Carol Hazell Davis (William), Dr. Rhonda Hazell, Dennis Hazell (Marla), Darrell Hazell (Annemarie), Charles Chico Williams (Diane), James Williams, Andre Barnes, Carlos Bernardini and Jose Bernardini.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (150 E 2nd St, Burlington, NJ 08016). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
