She was predeceased by: her parents, Edie Martelli and Ernest Martelli; her former husband Clint Ekelman; and also, Julie Sklute, Columbia, Tom Altiere, Ronald Dolusic, Charlie, Caroline Martelli, Peter Martelli, Ernest Martelli, Norm and Carol Bakelaar.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Bakelaar; her children, Rich (Jen Ekelman), Robert (Amanda Bakelaar) and Leslie; her son-in-law TJ Cooper; her grandchildren, Dominic and Reagan Cooper; her sister Mary Dolusic; and her sisters-in-law, Ceil and Carol Martelli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
