He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mattioli; his children, David Mattioli (Tracy Mattioli) and Melissa Berrios (Maximo Berrios Sr.); his brother Louis Mattioli Jr. (Toni Mattioli); and his grandchildren, Maximo Berrios Jr., Jamisyn Mattioli and Meya Berrios. He is also survived by his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
