He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Clinton Lockley, Cindy Lockley and Heather Lockley; his grandchildren, Shawn Lockley, Shadae Lockley and Serenity Lockley; his great grandchild Lamach Lockley; and his sisters, Hazel Lockley, Alice and Roxanne Lockley (Rosalyn Lockley).
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Page Funeral Home (302 E Union St, Burlington, NJ 08016). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
