He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Szymanski and Anna Szymanski; and his siblings, Stanley Szymanski (Sonny), Edward Szymanski, Cecelia Wescott, Ethel Lynch Ball, Barbara Hines Morris and Evelyn Edgerly Giancaterino.
He is survived by: his children, John S. Szymanski (Anna), Laureen Redlund (Michael) and Tiffani Price; his brother William Szymanski (Janice); and his grandchildren, Laurente Briggs, Jr. and John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
