He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Alyssa M. Passalacqua. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Passalacqua; his children, Anthony J. Passalacqua Jr. and Angela M. Patterson (John); his grandchildren, Amanda, Bella, Anthony J. Passalacqua III and Scott Warner; and his brother Paul Passalacqua (Karen). He is also survived by several brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
