She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Smith; and her grandson Henry T. Cappaert. She is survived by: her children, Steven J. Smith (Gretchen Sundstrom-Smith) of Budd Lake, NJ and Linda M. (Richard L. Cappaert II) of Chesterfield, MO; her sister Bonnie (Russ Hardesty) of Columbus, OH; her sister-in-law Wanda (Glenn Wanck) of Endicott, NY.; and her grandchildren, Andrew (Kyra) of Philadelphia, PA, Cassandra, Karlee, Arianna Sundstrom-Smith, Elyssa (Jordan Henderson) and Rebecca Cappaert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
