With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Ruggiero of Budd Lake, New Jersey, born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, who passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sabina Ruggiero; his grandparents, Anthony Guerriero, Michael and Mary Ruggiero; and his aunt Nancy Ruggiero.

He is survived by: his father Richard J. Ruggiero, Sr.; his sister Michele A. Ruggiero; his grandmother Angelina Guerriero; and his aunts and uncles, Michael Ruggiero (Debra), Robert J. Ruggiero (Patricia Smith), David Ruggiero, Stephanie Devona (Joseph), Rochell Cuozzo (Anthony) and Toniann Pyle (David). He is also survived by many loving cousins and loyal friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Richard's memory to the Cedar Grove Elks Lodge #2237, P.O. Box 104, Cedar Grove, N.J.
