He was predeceased by: his parents, John Devins and Mary Kate Devins (Carroll); his son Anthony Nicholas Devins; and his siblings, Bertie Devins, Phyllis Cohen and Doreen Kilcawley.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Immaculata Devins (Santeramo); his children, Anne Sipinick (Joe) and Brian Devins; his daughter-in-law Kathryn; his siblings, Sean Devins, Kathleen Koppel and Pearl Kelly; his grandchildren, Jennifer Deaver, Carissa Libhart, Shana Montoya, Kyle Devins, Bridget Devins and Aisling Devins; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Christopher, Ella, Maddox, Jordi and Addison.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to ALS Hope Foundation, P.O. Box 40777, Philadelphia, PA 19107, in loving memory of his nephew, Michael Santeramo.
