It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Basenese of Budd Lake, New Jersey, born in Newton, New Jersey, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph (Mary Gladys) and Netcong; and her husband Anthony Basanese. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Basenese (Joy), Annette McMahon (John) and Steve Basenese; her grandchildren, Anthony Basenese (Anna), Joseph McMahon (Mariah), Sarah Basenese, Danielle McDonough (Matt), Steven Basenese, Kayla Basenese and Kara Basenese; and her great grandchildren, Colton McMahon, Jasmine Basenese, Jaycee Basenese and Bryce Basenese.
