She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Robert Cooke, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Martelli and Anthony Manderichio (Jennifer); her siblings, Thomas Robert Cooke, Jr. (Doreen), James Gaynor Cooke (Deborah) and Bonnie Lynn Schlett (Steve); her grandchildren, Ilyanna, Ayden, Nathaniel and Connor; her cousin Duke Reardon (Dosh); and her pet Duchess. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
