He is survived by: his wife Myrna Mateo (Pizarro); his children, Linda (Karl Lens), Angel (Josephine) and Myrna Susan Mateo (Mimi); his grandchildren, Kurt Mateo Lens, Kevin Roy Lens, Casey Mae Lens, Justin Angel Mateo and Brandon Matthew Mateo; and his siblings, Joaquin Mateo, Juanita and Nilsa Mateo.
