She was predeceased by: her parents, Pellegrino Chiampi and Rachel Chiampi (Colarusso); her husband Jack; and her sisters, Caroline Provenzano, Lucy Chiampi and Ann Provenzano.
She is survived by: her children, Elissa Nardiello Steven Calderone (late Joseph) and Laura Buck (Chris); her grandchildren, Jason Nardiello, Jessica Medina, Steven Calderone, Anthony Calderone, Rachel Buck and Megan Buck; and her great grandchildren, Cyan Nardiello, Meadow Medina, Nicole Calderone, Cosette Nardiello and Jack Calderone.
