He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley O'Hagan and Jenny O'Hagan; and his brothers, Stanley, Charles, James and Don O'Hagan.
He is survived by: his brother Terrance O'Hagan (Sue); his sons, Thomas O'Hagan (Debra) and James O'Hagan; and his former wife Margaret Powell. He is also survived by His four granddaughters, great granddaughter, nieces, nephews.
