He was predeceased by: his parents, Newlin I Evans Sr. and Edith Ross. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Evans; his children, Sherry Osorio (Norberto) and Newlin Evans III (Tracy); his grandchildren, Kevin Osorio (Lisa), Jessica Osorio (Tyler), Shelby Evans, Newlin Evans IV and Joseph Evans; and his great grandchildren, Colin, Liam and Sophia.
