He is survived by: his wife Norma Troutman; his children, Ashley Troutman (Frankie Hames), Johnnie Troutman, III and Xavier Troutman (Victoria Webb); his grandchildren, Xavier Troutman, Jr., Legend Hames and Brixton Hames; his siblings, Betty Jean McPhee, Joann Troutman, Joyce Troutman, Daniel Payton (Chrissy), Althea Troutman, Sylvia Troutman and Nicole Smith (James); his aunt Armada Mercer; his father-in-law Norman Williams; his siblings-in-law, Karen Troutman, Norman Williams, Sr., Norman Williams Jr., Cynthia Williams and Jason Jones (Breyn); his godchildren, Nadia Neal, Catherine Troutman, Jalah Smith and Tyrique Brown; and his brothers, Butch, Ronnie, John and Storia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
