He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lesnak and Ida Marie Lesnak (Schweizer); his daughter Kimberly Delores; his brother Ronald Fred; and his friend James Leming.

He is survived by: his sister Darlene Merry (John Richard Hamilton); his nephews, David Scott, John Paul Hamilton and Ronald Fred Lesnak Jr.; and his friend Norm Warner.
