He was predeceased by: his father Charles Whaley Sr.; and his brother Walter Whaley. He is survived by: his daughters, Katy Mount (Chris) and Sara Sivieri; his grandchildren, Brayden Quinn and Lela Mount; his mother Francisca Whaley; his sister Sharon; his children, Dean Jr., Amanda and Tara; and also David Starr.
