She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucas LaBoy Oppenheimer and Rosa Maria Quinones; her husband Juan Velazquez, Sr.; her sibling Baldomero; and her granddaughter Gabrielle Noella Velazquez.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carmelo, Eduardo, Luis, Lucas, Felix LaBoy and Rosa Valdez; her children, Juan Velazquez, Jr., Denice Bullock (Kevin), Patrice Velazquez and Damaris Velazquez; her siblings, Maria Laboy, Vincent, Juan and Ana Oppenheimer; her grandchildren, Xsavier, Aaron, Kevin, Kayla, Kaden, Juliana and Noella; and her great grandchildren, Julian and Jaxson.
