He was predeceased by: his grandfather James "Bud" Mullen; and his uncle Tommy MacAdams. He is survived by: his parents, Ken MacAdams (Patti) and Patti Mastoris (late Alex); his siblings, Marianne Borrello (Michael) and Dean Mastoris; his nephew Alex; his niece Sophia Borrello; and his grandparents, Eugene "Jeep" MacAdams (Helen) and Mary Mullen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
