He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Czujak and Catherine Czujak. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Barbara, Theodore Jr. and Catherine Czujak; his grandchildren, Amanda, Mary, Kenny, Taryn, Kevin, Olivia, Alexandria, Francine and Josephine; his great grandchildren, Freya, Teena, Cheyanne, Hannah, Serena and Ivy; his siblings, Madeline Daly and Russell Czujak; and his brother-in-law Richard Morrissey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
