She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fearn and Violet Fearn (Bray); her husband Joseph D. Skeens; and her sister Harriet Fearn. She is survived by: her children, Harriett Daley (Michael), Barbi Oakley, Bonnie Hapstack (David) and Scott Skeens (Deb Paulus); her grandchildren, Shaun Daley, Kara Decesare (Anthony), Austin Oakley, Tyler Oakley, Kelli Hapstack (Billy Lennox) and Parker Skeens; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Nicolas, Andrew, Zachary, Everett and Kenzy; and her brother Robert Fearn. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's memory to Broadway UMC, PO Box 284, Broadway, NJ 08808.
