Fegan of Brigantine, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rosenheim and Edythe Rosenheim (Taylor); and her siblings, Lorraine Rosenheim and Charles Rosenheim, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David W. Fegan; her son David P. Fegan; her sister Marisa Clements (Robert); and her nephews, Angelo Vicoli and Robert Miller.
