He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis V. Monacello and Rosemary T. Monacello (Kinsey); and his brother Louis V. Monacello. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Monacello, Kaitlyn and Carly Monacello; and his brothers, Michael and Steven Monacello.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
