He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cinkowski; his sons, John Cinkowski (Regina), Michael Cinkowski (Jennifer) and Mark Cinkowski; his grandchildren, Brittany (Eric Franco), John, Taylor, Alyssa and Gavin; and his sisters, Marilyn Zimmerman and Geraldine Welch.
