George B. Scott Obituary
George "Beau" B. Scott, Jr., 76, of Brigantine, NJ went home to be with the Lord on Thursday April 14, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late George B. Scott, Sr. and Mary (Alteri) Scott. He was the loving husband of Margaret "Peggy" M. (Hemphill) Scott whom he married in June of 2003 and spent many a blissful year with.
George was a graduate of John Bartram High School in Philadelphia, PA. He worked as a bartender all of his life and most notably he worked at "The Shack" and O'Malley's" in Upper Darby, PA. Most recently George worked at the Brigantine Elk's as a bartender. George was a member of the Brigantine Elk's and was well known for his love of golf.
George will be missed and fondly remembered by his wife; Margaret "Peggy" M. Scott, sisters; Mary Colletta, Georgie Perry, Kathy (Paul) Partyka, Grace Galagher, Betty Jane Scott, stepsons; Jimmy Enright, Chris Enright. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his sister; Marie DiMatteo.
