She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Clegg Heinecke; her significant other William Danson Jr.; and her son William Danson III. She is survived by: her children, Jane (Michael) and Richard (Gail); her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Katie (Andrew), Kristen (Michael), Allison (Jack), Samantha and Abby; her great grandchildren, Jack, Luke, Kiera, Quinn, Emma, William and Shane; her sister Jackie; and her godchildren, Elaine, Shane and Matthew. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions can be given to Christ Episcopal Church and The Juvenile Diabetes foundation.
